First National Tournament to be held in Philly. Its been a while since we had an Indo-Pak tourny here in Philly, so we're trying to host a national one this time around. There will be a lot of invites going out to out of state teams from all over the country, but we are still trying to get some of the local philly teams back again. I'm hoping to get at least 12 teams, and will cap off at 16 total teams. This won't be the usual one day tournaments held in philly, it will be a whole weekend starting friday evening, and ending sunday evening. The usual 1st and 2nd place trophies will be given out, along with the tournament MVP award. The games will be 18 mins per half. It will be all NCAA rules. We are debating on wether or not to have a shot clock, so please add in your own opinion about that. It will be held sometime in between mid February- early March. We are aranging the gym accomodations now. Since it is a 3 day tournament, the cost of it per team will be little higher than what we usually charge. As of now I'm looking at around $300-$375 per team. I will try my best to keep it as low as possible. Anyone interested please get back to me ASAP because it will be first come first serve. As i get more details, i will keep updating the team captains, and I will also post it on here. All team captains, e-mail me with team name, roster, and number if possible. Every team that plays must have a legit uniform. The whole team must wear jerseys of the same color, with numbers on the back at least. No tape on numbers, because sometimes they fall off and make it hard on the refs.
