I am a brother of Sigma Beta Rho and I wanted to invite you to one of our biggest events of the year. Underneath I have attached our ad for our March Madness Basketball tourney. It's basically a 16-Team 2-Day men's basketball tournament. Previous years our jackpot 1st place prize ranged anywhere from $1500-$2500, and second place walking home with atleast $500 CASH. On top of that we added our All-Star 3-point compitition for free for all the teams involved in our March Madness tourney to participate in. This year I am in charge of it again and I am willing to put all this chips in, I will try to get our jackpot prize money (1st Place) to be $3000. Our motto is "GO BIG OR GO HOME", and that is what we are doing. Christian Sports has been offering Coed Sports to the Metroplex since 2002. Our next Flag Football League will start September 19th. Usually we have over 20 teams competing in our 3 divisions: Recreational, Intermediate and Competitive. Games are played on Saturdays in Irving, TX at Northlake College. Whether you have a team or would just like to sign up as a free agent we would love to have you. The cost to play in the league is $44 per player. Each team will receive 8 games and playoffs for teams that qualify.

Also, I had just posted about our FREE "Come out and Meet Christian Sports" Tournament on August 29th. Contact me w/ details regarding that.

This tournament has a registration fee of $100 dollars and the grand prize winner will receive $400. Payments must be cash or money order; NO personal checks will be accepted. A portion of the proceeds will go to various local charities. The tournament will consist of 16 teams, which will be divided into 4 groups. The top two teams in each group will advance to the playoffs which will take place Sunday. Each team will play two games on Saturday. In case of a tie (ex. Two or three teams beings 1-1) the tie breaker will be based on point differential. The more points you win by, the better your chances of advancing in case of a tie breaker. Also, we will be following UTA intramural rules and games will be refereed by intramural officials. This tournament will consist of either 8 or 12 teams. The format will be flight play. With 1 game on Friday and 2 games on Saturday plus playoffs on Sunday for teams that qualify.
