How many of ya'll are returning as captains? Commish, what is the criteria a person has to meet to become a captain? I'm not making any excuses for our
ODB team from last year but near the middle of the season the league became a bit weak, a big part because of injuries, but I also think 1 guy leaving on
several different teams was an issue. This should never be the case unless we have like a future NBA 1st rounder leaving in the middle of the season which I
hope we'll have several of one day. I think a big key to avoiding this problem this year is having captains who would draft players properly where you have
a few people whose shoulders you can put the work load on during the season if players have to move, get injured, etc. I know the league is like 5 or 6 months
away but new young players are already playing regularly at USF. I'm not suggesting that all the captains from last season should be replaced because I
know ya'll are atleast making the effort to try and step into a leadership role but the veterans in the league could help these new guys out and give them
some pointers instead of leaving them out to dry because you want to win so bad. What good is your championships if the road was so easy with you being that
good of a team? Fortunately in the finals we've had good games. If you guys who play in the league have regular teams you play with, please use the league
for consistent play and try and make it out to some of these out of state IndoPak tourneys. There's a lot of good competition out there that will help you
in your game. There are even B division tournaments if you don't want to step into the heat just yet. What are ya'lls thoughts?
