This year, throughout the tournament weekend, trainers will be provided to help the participants with the following:

Services Being Offered To All Athletes:
• Stretching---warm up and prepares muscles for activity, prevent injury, aid in recovery
• Spinal Adjustments---increases movement and function
• Taping/Kinesiotaping---support joints and aid in muscles function
